Tried to drink as much water as I can,happy that my dance challenge is not starting tonight.I successfully drank around 3 liters of water including two green tea mugs which is a record for me.
I ate lots of thing that I could have avoid, but still ended under 1200 Calories thanks to Intermittent Fasting challenge.
Need to buy some batteries for the scale as it has died.


167.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
