This has sure turned into a rollercoaster ride. Hoping that this bump is more about sodium and TOM expected soon. I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

I'm with you sister....never a dull moment! Surely the ride will eventually stop. Next time let's settle for the Ferris wheel or swan ride....have a great weekend yourself.

I am almost back at goal now. It took me a long time to get there. It was up and down for about 3 months. I finally bought some low carb slimfast and got things moving again.
