Nice to see I'm in a new color! Yay!

Had more carbs than usual yesterday (still under 20 net) and my protein was a little high. Going back to my old standard menu today.

It's the last week of school for the kiddos and less than two weeks til we're in (hot hott HOT) Disney!
176.5 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Disneyworld or Disneyland (by the hot, HOT, I assume world lol)? My kids are out this week too. We are taking them on a cruise in early June.

Wow... under 20 net carbs a day? Please share your standard menu! I struggle to get enough fat calories. I'm staying between 25-50 net carbs daily, but want to do better! More fat, less carbs!

Bottle19 - on a work day, I usually have 5-6 pieces of bacon for breakfast with a hard-boiled egg. If I'm hungry at lunch, I'll have a bunless cheeseburger or something similar with an avocado or some olives. If I'm not, usually a small 100 cal pack of walnuts & almonds will tide me over (they're sold in packs by Emerald and are marked natural, no added salt or sugar). Dinner is usually a larger piece of meat (steak, burger - if I didn't have one for lunch, chicken) I add a salt substitute that contains potassium. I also drink LOTS of water and take a magnesium supplement (250-500mg). I really need to add more veggies, but am struggling getting them in as I try to eat my high fat food first & fill up quickly.

Brilliant! Thank you for sharing Rapunzel. You really are an inspiration! And yes, do try to force a low carb veggie or two in each day. I think that's beneficial for all of us to do more of!
