Just realized that I need to stop socializing so much. I may be good the entire week, but weekends totally mess up my momentum. I definitely need to gym today to try to redeem myself.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
