I seem to weigh 4 pounds heavier on my daughter's scale, so I'm deleting that four pounds from my weight on her scale so it equals what MY scale showed my weight at. Especially since I'll be moving again, and using that original scale once more. It'll throw off all this record keeping if I suddenly show 4 additional pounds, when I've not gained anything.
239.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
