i am going to start weight watchers this month. i had luck with it twice before, and i can't seem to do it alone. for me, it's the accountability and i need the meetings rather than the online version.

i also joined dr. oz' transformation nation and a program at work called fit for US( US standing for both the literal word, us and the airline code for my company, which is US Airways). both of these programs offer prizes for participation. you never know! it's a win-win situation even if i don't win a prize.

i hope to have better reports during the months that follow.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
