Hey Lovelies

Good to see I weighed up today and didn't run to the fridge straight away to fill my gut. I have nearly lost that stupid kilogram I put on before. 200grams to go and it's gone. yuss!

I went to the doctor yesterday, and he said all my hormone levels seem to be okay, not GREAT, but okay. He just gave me a urine test and that's about it. And told me I'm not pregnant. Something I could of told him. He was lovely actually I shouldn't be so mean. He went on to say a number of things could be effecting my cycle. Diet, exercise, stress the usual factors, so he isn't telling me something I need to learn in medical school.

Insomnia continues. It's quite funny how I range from insomnia to sleeping disease. However, I managed to do sooo much laundry and textbook readings, I'm now into next week! Yay. I think maybe today I will spend the majority of it that I am not in class doing my lectures.

Actually, I think I may know what may be the root of the insomnia tonight, for my laboratory we had to do an experiment on caffeine and reaction times, understanding neurophysiology in the brain. Although I had def caf it might be my mind playing tricks on me since it has been so long since I have had a cup of coffee.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Exciting news. Today I am helping out a Ph.D student with their Social Cognition Experiment for Psychology for extra credit. That's quite an honor. This guy has spent NINE years at university. He knows his sh*t.

Anyway, I'm off to make my housemates blueberry pancakes yummy yummy with bacon maple syrup and banana. Aren't I kind?

Thanks :). That's straight after I got it done, so it's a bit shiny from the plasma and bepanthen. Can't wait to get my next one. Going to book to get my piercing soon. yay
