So if anything happens that gets my stresslevel up through the roof, i eat! so what! at least i don't smoke, nor do i do drugs! i just eat!

Ouch! Sounds like you're having a bad day, Puhpine. I hope it'll end up being a good day after all. :) MANY of us here eat when we have a bad day. I know I will if I don't keep myself in a very short leash. When those times hit us, we need to evaluate whether it's worth it or not. Will the satisfaction of eating because something happens make us feel better, or will it eventually bring us further down because we gave in to eating? Or will it actually make us happy? Only you will know the answer. Leave you alone? Not a chance. :) Buddies are here to support. I hope others comment too. You're strong and you're doing good here on Fatsecret. Stress is just an excuse to eat. It's not the reason for eating. I hope you have a great day once the issue at hand is solved, my friend. Here, spring is CLEARLY on it's way, sun i shining and it's one of the hottest February days in many years.
