1455 kcal Fat: 105.28g | Prot: 91.94g | Carb: 48.26g.   Breakfast: My Oil and Vinegar salad dressing, MIM Muffin in a Minute, cocoa, Boiled Egg, Avocado, Celery, Spinach, Red bell pepper, Green Olives with Pimento, dole romaine hearts, red cabbage, green beans, Espresso with 4 oz water added. Lunch: Monterey jack cheese, Lettuce, Salsa, Sour cream, Guacamole, Onions, Green peppers grilled, Grilled steak strips. Dinner: Mustard , Mozzarella cheese, Claussen pickle, Avocado, ground beef 85%, Asparagus (Unprepared, Frozen). Snacks/Other: Espresso with 4 oz water . more...
