Yesterday, I did not feel controlled by hunger. Even with a strenuous workout (for just getting started), I came home and portioned out the new groceries that I bought. Breakfast Sausage, Deli Meats, 3 x fresh veggies, 3 x fresh fruits, granola for carbs. I snacked a little while cutting up the fruits and cooking the sausage.
