Yes! I'm back on it and doing good. Not only am I losing weight but I am finding a renewed spirit in myself and my life. There's confidence now that I forgot I used to have. I'm more joyful and have a better attitude. Is it that I'm losing weight or is it cutting out the wheat and absolute crap in my diet? Maybe my allergist was right and I do have a wheat allergy; my body may be more sensitive to it than I thought. Any way about it, its good and I feel good. No set back is going to throw me off track this time.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
