238.2, lol. Up .4

Damn, went around all morning thinking I was down, and now I find out I am up. Hehe. Oh well. Only .4 lbs.

Busy at work, no time for idle chit chat.

I am in a challenge, and have not checking in since week 1. It says "End of Tuesday" as the check in deal, and I have already missed it. No biggie. So much for joining challenges here.

Plan on taking a walk today after work. I need the stress outlet. School last night was easy, almost done for a semester. Who knows what's next semester.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
