Day Two of Phase 1. The weight has crept back on the last six months or so due to vacation, holiday, general slacking off. It's time to stop the sliding up of the scale. I keep reminding myself how great it felt to be at 145 and that with a little discipline, I can be back there.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
