Ok, I am back AGAIN. I keep trying and failing but I am NOT giving up. I am hypothyroid and I am currently taking Armour thyroid so all my numbers are in the normal range. Sooo no more excuses!!! I bought an elliptical trainer. I have a gym membership but I hardly ever go since I have a bit of social phobia. So now I really have no excuse. lol
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went to several docs about hypothyroid. The MD thought it was all in my head (thanks, doc dud, and I'm glad my health insurance paid for your uselessness.) The ND prescribed bovine glandular supplements, but I still felt terrible.
