Coverack's Journal, 02 January 2008

No weight lost or gained over the New Year Celebrations but I did get a 2 hour walk in with friends and family yesterday. Went a bit made with the calories but what I ate and the walk more than made up for it ;O)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
