Yay! Got on the scales at a more reasonable time of the morning today - now the nerves from the competition are over and my IBS seems to have settled down again - and it's showing another pounds weight loss from last week, which has put me into the Healthy Weight category for my BMI - just! :)
145.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
