I've been weighing in on Sundays & Wednesdays...so today I'm down a lb. from Sunday. Things have slowed down, but that's OK since it's still going down.
We started on Phase 2 yesterday...a little nervous about adding back the carbs, but will do so gradually.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I was pretty nervous too when my weight loss slowed but if it makes you feel better to know...the SBD book says that it SHOULD slow down especially in Phase 2. I've also heard that the slower the weight comes off the LONGER it stays off. I keep reminding myself of this every time I get impatient with the scale!!! You are doing fantastic!!!

Good to know about Phase 2. We'll be there next week. Just keep with it.
