It's the plateaus that frustrate us....hang tight the determination will pay off in a niceness soon.

After responding, this morning, I realized that today is Teachers' Day; and of course, that meant there would be a ton of high carb goodies in the staff lounge at work when I got there. No surprise, there was, and aside from having a cup of coffee, I left all those bagels, and assorted danish right where they were. :-) I actually laughed about it, to myself, knowing that I had made a declaration to stay the course no more than 45 minutes prior to seeing all those tempting goodies. I did good! :-)
