Evidently I've been very tired. I slept in until 9 am yesterday and 11 am today! That's pretty crazy for me! I guess catching up on my sleep is working though because I've lost 2 days in a row. I think that I'll really have to start monitoring my sleep a bit better so that I don't get so out of sync like I did this weekend. I didn't even make it to the gym yesterday! Hopefully today???
