Wow!!!! My true weight assessment said I should lose 5.6 pounds during my 6-day attack phase...I'm only on day 5 and I'm down 9 pounds!!!!! So excited. However, I'm ready to get the next two days over with and move on to cruise phase...I'm craving zucchini!!! :)
