I weighed myself 5 times to make sure. Thank you Lord!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1676 kcal Fat: 91.64g | Prot: 133.80g | Carb: 89.19g.   Breakfast: Atlantic Cod, coconut oil, Smart Carb # 1 Bread, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, flax, almond flour, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added). Dinner: cod, green beans, almond meal, flax, carbquik, cucumber, Ken's steakhouse buttermilk ranch, tofu noodles, butter with olive oil. Snacks/Other: mayonnaise, water, whipping cream land o lakes, pickle, turkey breast, Smart Carb # 1 Bread, Alpine lace swiss cheese. more...
