Well, I got what I deserved, a gain of more than 2 kilos. That's the reward for a week of cravings and low motivation. Now's the time to turn it around - no indulgence today, I've indulged more than enough!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1951 kcal Fat: 63.24g | Prot: 93.44g | Carb: 233.25g.   Breakfast: rolled oats, banana, honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, strawberries, grapes, yoghurt. Lunch: margarine spread, scrambled egg, rye bread. Dinner: chocolate souffle, miller light beer, wholemeal bread, fava bean pate, shrimp, squid, cheese. Snacks/Other: olives, feta cheese, pear, wholemeal toast, margarine spread. more...
