I weighed myself affter my work week knowing fully well that the culprit is my weekness for junk food at work. I don't have that problem at home because I simply don't buy it so I fill up on fruits and vegetables instead. At work, people bring doughnuts, candy, and chips, then offer it out making it hard to resist. I know I can't change my environment at work, I've even brought vegetables and hummus and offered it to others, and all but one person turned it down. I work with nurses by the way, we have all been educated about nutrition, although not to the extent that the book "Eat to Live" has to offer. No, I have to work on my will power if I'm going to battle the bulge. Stopping after one bite doesn't work for me, I think reminding myself about my goals and allowing myself small endulgences once in awhile works better for me.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
