2647 kcal Fat: 111.43g | Prot: 98.79g | Carb: 311.08g.   Breakfast: everything bagel, Whipped Garlic Herb Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, krispy kreme, Glazed Cruller Doughnut, cheddar cheese, crackers, Pigs in a Blanket. Lunch: wheat bread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, strawberries, caviar. Dinner: 6" Roast Chicken, Crackers, Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Vegetable Eggroll with Rice and Asian-style Ginger and Orange Sauce, Kale, Cooked Spinach (from Canned, Fat Added in Cooking). more...
