Fledgist's Journal, 24 February 2012

No real change. I'm hovering. Almost wrote 'hoovering'. I saw my nephrologist yesterday, the man who two years ago got me started on getting my weight down. He was very pleased with my progress. My bloodwork is good. My blood pressure is excellent (103/68 yesterday). My kidney function is excellent. His advice to me was 'try not to get sick'. I suggested that he was the craziest doctor in Atlanta.

I have two other appointments before I go back to work in two weeks. I'm hoping that they, also, will be good news.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 172.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've come a long way in 2 years. I know the docs must be very pleased. I'm guessing you're looking forward to getting back to work?!? Hope your other appointments go well for you also.
