Feeling really good. I have so much energy sometimes I can't sleep at night. Not hungry at all. I feel full most of the time, it's actually hard to eat all me food. 4 oz of lean protein and 9 oz of a vegetable is tons. I'm eating all the veggies out of the house.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
