Bippi's Journal, 23 February 2012

I've now lost 11 lbs since I joined FS! I'm quite pleased with that milestone, and I know a huge part of it has been how motivating and helpful the other members of this site are.

So, thank you!

I just got home from a lovely Rosh Chodesh tea at my synagogue. The food was decadent and highly enjoyable (and it put me way over my daily limit!).

Let's hope hooping will help me burn some of it off, so I don't backtrack from the progress that I've made.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Way to go...Awesome! :O) Seeing the numbers go down on the scale motivates even more, doesn't it. I know it does me, seeing the results from watching what you eat and such...Congrats again!
