Feeling pretty good just got back from the Gym... lost another pound and I haven't been Hungry. Had to Remind myself No Food Rewards :) like in the past. Just continue doing what I'm doing
255.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
