I really love my new Sidekick Morning Journal! This morning I woke at 5:00, a full hour before my alarm went off, and I just plain felt good, like I was ready to get up and get started. Motivated. I'm checking off my morning routine items and am way ahead. Heading out to take a walk in a minute (6:15). I love these cool mornings, birds singing, a breeze ruffling the leaves in the trees. I took the cat out in the back yard about 20 minutes ago. It was dark as night, but she didn't seem to mind, and, truly, neither did I. So peaceful.

I've been trying to track my blood glucose reaction to various foods, but I sometimes forget to test 30, 60, or 90 minutes after I eat.Think I'll need to set a timer.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
