posterchild66's Journal, 22 February 2012

Wow, been so busy at work, I think I forgot to check in on my challenge here. Plus I am not Journaling until after lunch!

Down 1 lb today to 239.2, which is a good thing. I think I need to rededicate and or refocus myself to this journey, and get off this plateau. It will be tough, busy as heck at work, and that usually makes my pressure cooker need to blow off steam (beer!). Also poor food choices happen when your busy and short on time. Mix that with some stress filled emotional eating, and you got problems!

Made veggies last night and had that with chicken. Yesterdays RDI was good. Today for lunch I had (grilled) chicken wrap, and a side salad. Just chowed down on protein bar.

Physio this AM was fun. Got my massage, and found out why it felt so damn good, it is ultrasound!! lol, I thought it was the ladies hands last time, and was amazed at her skills, she had magic hands. Pfft, now she is just a regular lady and down off her pedestal. Also did some leg lifts and extensions, but what was cool was a "flying saucer" type thing I had to stand on. It was a good ankle workout, and my ankle is really weak. I had doubts about the physio at 1st, but now I am feeling better with it. Finished up with 10 mins on the bike.

So busy at work! Building servers, securing servers, blah blah blah. The only reason I am free now is I have a download I am waiting for.

Biology class tonight! (YECH!) I think I will walk over later and get a sandwich or something so I dont have to eat junk food. The only food nearby class is the bowling alley, and it is straight up JUNK food.

Anyway, back to work!
