so off the wagon for a while. lost the motivation, and fell into a common pitfall of mine. I knew the problem was going to occur and just didn't avoid it.

I know the lesson i need to learn from it. Now I need to actually follow my own advise.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
