Realize that I've sort of been hiding in my clothes for a while...Another Friday, I WILL do better this weekend, I refuse to go over my RDI, there is a pair of shorts in my near future! How vulnerable do I feel??
127.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
