I'm surprised I haven't gained more than I have, I've been off the wagon since Thanksgiving. It's about time though, to just gt back on the wagon and do it, Jan 1.

Diet followed poorly.

That's my "get back on the wagon" day too! I know I have gained, I am just afraid to see how much, I really did some MAJOR damage at Christmas! We can do it though! Here's to a new year!
