My weight loss is definitely beginning to slow down! I don't think I'll make my 122 goal by the 13th, I will not allow myself to become discouraged-I'll get there soon!!
127.5 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
