Oh, Yeah! Dropping some more fat...Enjoying my food but enjoying most the lack of carb appetite. The weather is so nice. Working in yard daily and swimming too! This is my time of year. I'm doing things right!
273.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
