Dear scale: Just so you know, I feel smaller than the number you are taunting me back with. My clothes are fitting better, but you wouldn't know that. So there. Bite me!

I do hope to have a better number tomorrow. I am going to be very strict today and drink tons of water. I don't know if I will get to work out today or not. I have a doctor appt. to see what is wrong with my foot. It hurts to run on it:( I hope he is able to give me some idea what is wrong. So, depending on how long that takes is why I don't know if I will be able to work out because I have to pick my kids up by 6. I hope I can squeeze something in. Here I've finally been able to embrace running and now I have an injury:( Boo!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i hope you have a good dr visit! hope you're foot is OK. good luck with the water, too! i've been trying to get those 8 glasses in. sometimes i feel like all i do is sit around and drink water, ahhh!!!

Take THAT, scale! Your numbers are powerless!! ;) Way to keep up the positive attitude, love! I hope your foot issues are resolved soon, it's such a bummer when your body is what is holding you back from exercise!
