I am excited that even though I hurt my back and was not able to do all my exercises I was still able to lose weight! So now even though my back still hurts I know I can do it even with just diet alone until I can get back to exercising.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
