This weigh in is insane! Not quite sure how this happened. 4.4 pounds in one week? Maybe it's because I had one major splurge, and then stuck to it and worked hard the rest of the time? So unsure. Just happy.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
