Lost 1.6 lbs yesterday, which was my cheat day. I don't get it!

Must be the dieretic action of the beers I had last night? I am not sure. I had a couple chocolate muffins, ribs, taters. Lots of yummy stuff. I ate until I was full, which was noticeably less then before. Anyway, i needed a few beers and some good music, which is what I accomplish last night.

Daughter and I did some tests yesterday evening and I taught her a bit of test taking skills I have learned over the years. She got a 550/800, which is good. We are going to do a few more over the weekend to get her ready for monday. We had a bit of a sit down yesterday, and she got upset, and I got upset, but we pulled it all together later in the day. She woke up at noon, and expected to go out to lunch with her friends!! That went over like a turd in church....

I spoke to my brother and his family back in the states too. Things are going good with them. My bro just got his teeth pulled and has new dentures. Dental health is not a big thing with my family, fortunately I am the exception. Nothing special, a few brushings a week and some dental insurance keeps it all together.

Today, not much on agenda. I am making rotisserie chickens again later. I need to run to the market and find some rosemary or rotisserie seasonings. If not, no big deal. I read much more about it this week. Basically they will be stuffed with lemons and garlic this time, have a nice rub on the outside, and cook a lot longer. Maybe a little bit of video gaming. My family is out at sons baseball game, so I have some quiet time. Oh, and also my vegetable medley, this time with Bok Choy instead of normal cabbage. We'll see how it comes out.

A loss (even a small #) is wonderful-no matter how it happens. Congrats! Your list of thanks looks similar to mine except 2 things, I am the wife and I let him sleep in, and I wasn't drinking... though I might have to today!! Happy Weekend!
