Here I am trying to get into ketosis yet another time. My intentions are good, my cabinet is prepared, my fridge ready. I just hope I can overcome my own psycho wall blocking issues! I must learn not to cave to peer pressure and non-support. I must pull up my boots and say "up-yours" to everyone that enjoys sabotaging my efforts. i must remind myself every hour/minute that I actually do feel better when I am eating healthy and bypassing sweets/carbs/crap. I absolutely need to be on fatsecret/Atkins.com several time a day until I can control myself. I am so p.o.'d that I had lost 65# and now I have let myself regain @ 15. This was no carb creep...this was outright carb eating. I hope I can make it this time!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You'll make it. Even with the non-support and naysayers. And yes, you let yourself kinda fall off the wagon, but you're getting back on it! That's the best thing you could ever do! You lost 65 and regained 15. Weight loss is like pushing a car up a hill. If you let it slip a bit, but catch it, it's better than letting it roll all the way back down. Have faith and perfect your 'up yours' responses. :)
