Really fed up, I have struggled to stay focused this week and am surprised and relived that I have only put on 2lbs. I have a lot going on both at home and at work and my cross trainer has finally given up on me and is totally irreparable so I haven’t been able to exercise properly either :-(
169.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So now you get plan B. Get out and go for a walk. Go to the library and get out some exercise dvds to try. There are some great ones out there. You don't need a gym or exercise equipment to exercise. Get some light hand weights and a mat and let Jillian Michaels 30 day shred kick your butt in to shape. You can do yoga, pilates,belly dancing, strength training, striptease, hip hop dancing, etc. all in the comfort of your own home. Exercise will help relieve your stress. Spring is coming. Get out there and renew your motivation. You can do it.
