grr! big step backward. My own fault. Haven't exercised at all this week and not paying attention as well to my food. Accidentally grabbed vanilla coffee cream in stead of half & half this morning. Whoops-6 carbs right there! :( Back on track today!!
271.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 121.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
