First week back on 21 day fix, down 1.1. Not what I was hoping for, Jim lost 3 pounds his first week. Did not exercise this week, hopefully I can get my mind into it this week. Here we go!!!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
