Had a couple of weekends of birthday parties, trips out of town and then Valentine's Day. So, alot of fatty, high-calorie foods, way too much alcohol and tons of carbs. I am definitely down from last weekend but, have gone up from my last weigh in. I have been real good at the gym and am now throwing lap swimming into the mix to give the joints a rest and to get a full-body workout in. Frustrated at the gain but, overall, I'm less than a pound off from my last weigh-in so, I'm not going to get too discouraged.
249.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
