I'm not weighing myself as much now because I'm afraid of depending on it too much. I should have faith that eating a healthy diet will make the weight come off naturally. I'm having doubts that whole grains have any more nutrient value than meats.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
