Didn't make it to the gym much and was pretty lazy over the weekend. Didn't necessarily eat crap so thinking I need to pay more attention (perhaps less chocolate and soy ice cream sandwiches)
147.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.3 lb a week
