So the scale went up instead of down today. Not very happy about it. I was really lax the last week or so. I had dessert several times, and now I regret it. SO...moving forward, I will be much more vigilant about what I eat and I will make an effort to step up the exercise this week as well. Good luck to all my friends! Let's make it a great week!
