Glad to have a weight loss after I stumbled a little on the weekend. I still worked hard during the week, so I'm glad it payed off. Not sure why fatsecret automatically puts my weight in as a .2 gain, but thanks for the vote of confidence!
176.1 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 February 2012:
1320 kcal Fat: 46.42g | Prot: 64.94g | Carb: 175.15g.   Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin, eggs, cheddar, 8th continent. Lunch: kellogg's chewy granola bar, apple, Veggie soup, laughing cow, sandwich thins, farmland ham. Dinner: Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole, french dinner roll, gold n soft. Snacks/Other: Ritz Crackerfuls - Multigrain Sharp Cheddar. more...
