Firelair's Journal, 13 February 2012

Ok, I'm ready to be back! I had hoped to be back MUCH sooner..sayyy, Jan 1st! But I put it off 'til Jan 29th (my sister's 22nd b-day), which didn't work...then 'til Feb 1st (ideal since it was before my b-day...but didn't work because it was the day before my b-day...lol). Went out of town to visit my BF's family during Super Bowl Weekend (which was on the 5th)...

...the long & short of it: I'm back! I have, since then, gained 10 lbs back...which is fine. You indulge, you pay consequences. My BF said he had noticed, and since my size 11 jeans are too snug (again) and I've reverted to my size 13's, it's time to get back to the gym and start being cautious about what I stick in my face!

Looking forward to going back to the gym, I REALLY need the stress reliever: My Pre-Calculus / Algebra class is kicking my butt! =( Guess that's what happens when you jump from Math920 to Math1400...playing catch up, tough to do!

Started playing Star Wars: The Old Republic (SW:TOR) since the beta, and have cut back on that quite a deal since school started too. I know playing doesn't help with the weight loss (What? Sitting in a chair for hours, eating frozen pizza isn't good? Since when!? :O Say it isn't so!!). But I will say it's a fantastic game!

Better get back to work, but I'll toss in an update after my workout at the YMCA tonight. =)

Going to the YMCA did me a lot of good! Spent 15min to warm up on the elliptical, 10 min of stretching, 20min of calestenics (focusing on abs), 30min on weight machines (focusing on arms), and 20 min in the steam room (which was working poorly, but was nice to relax and wind-down in! :D
169.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
