My new favorite YouTube keto channel is Cooking Keto with Kristie. I especially like her video "My Failure Story: Why I Do This" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPbFOoykP5s). Her story is inspiring and encouraging, so watch it when you get the chance!
